Richard Barron was born in 1944 and until recently lived in
Southampton, England.
He is now a resident in Kergrist Moëlou, Cote d´Amor
where he has his studio.
Richard has been painting and teaching art in further education
for over 30 years and is a member of several societies including
the International Society of Marine Painters.
His subject work includes marine, seascapes, landscapes, still
life and animals.
He paints in a variety of media including oils, watercolours
and acrylics and is also an accomplished miniaturist. His
