Ty Gwennili is a granite farmhouse built in 1880. The house has been recently renovated with many of its existing features retained including the wooden beams in the ceilings of each room.

The dining room contains a large fireplace with a granite-faced chimney, typical of this style of house. In the hall there is the original Breton wooden staircase leading to all floors.
